Refund policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Try the free demo or the in-browser version first. They’re the full plugin with every control working, so you can be sure it suits you before you buy.

If Tertiary isn’t for you, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked.

How: email support@wonderlandaudio.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your order email, and include your order number. You don’t have to give a reason.

What happens next:

  • The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 2 working days of your email. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 days to show it.
  • Your key is switched off. Tertiary goes back to demo behaviour on your computers the next time it checks in, within about a week.
  • You can buy again later if you change your mind.

After 14 days: write in anyway if something’s wrong, for example a key that never activated or a problem we couldn’t fix. We’ll look at each case.

Problems first, please. If Tertiary isn’t working on your computer, tell us. Most problems are fixable, and a fix is usually what you’d rather have.

For buyers in the EU and UK: because Tertiary is a download you can use straight away, the law lets a seller end the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start downloading or activating. We don’t use that: the 14-day refund above applies to everyone.

Chargebacks: if you’ve paid and something’s wrong, please email before disputing the charge with your bank. A disputed charge switches off the key while it’s open.
