Terms of sale

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from wonderlandaudio.com. By placing an order you agree to them and to the Tertiary licence agreement.

1. Who you’re buying from

Caulfield Engineering LLC, doing business as Wonderland Audio, St. Petersburg, Florida, USA (“Wonderland Audio”, “we”, “us”).
support@wonderlandaudio.com

2. What you’re buying

You’re buying a licence to use Tertiary, not the software itself or its copyright. The licence agreement says what that licence allows, including use by one person on all of their own computers. The software is delivered as a download, and the licence as a key.

Before you buy, please check that your computer meets the requirements on the home page. Version 1.0.2 runs on Intel Macs with macOS 15 or newer and on Windows 10 or newer (64-bit), as VST3 or standalone. Version 1.1 adds Apple Silicon, AU, and macOS 11 or newer. The free demo is the same software, so trying it first is the surest check.

3. Price and payment

  • Tertiary costs $20, paid once. Prices are shown in US dollars. Where sales tax applies, it is added at checkout.
  • We may change prices for future orders. A change never affects an order already placed.
  • Payment is taken at checkout by WooPayments. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full before the key is used.

4. Delivery

Your key is emailed to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment, and is shown under My Account, Orders. The installer is available from the home page at any time. If the key hasn’t arrived within a day, contact us and we’ll send it, or refund you.

Activation needs an internet connection. After that, version 1.0.2 works without one. From version 1.1, Tertiary checks the key about once a week and works for up to 30 days at a time without a connection.

5. One licence per order

Each order is for one licence. Licences may not be resold. You may pass yours on to one other person, once (see the licence agreement).

6. Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. When a refund is made, the key is switched off.

7. Updates and support

Updates are free for the life of Tertiary, downloaded from the site. We’ll help by email with installing, activating and problems with Tertiary. We aim to keep Tertiary working on current versions of macOS and Windows, but we can’t promise that every future operating system or DAW will be supported.

8. Your account

Keep your login and key to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s done with them. Tell us if you think someone else is using your key, and we can switch it off and issue a new one.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live. The licence agreement has the full warranty and liability terms for the software.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Nothing here takes away a right the law where you live gives you to bring a dispute locally.
